Designing for Bulgaria’s largest logistics company required rethinking how millions interact with essential services daily.
The core design objective was speed, clarity, and reliability at scale. High-frequency flows were redesigned to reduce friction and cognitive load. Processes that took up to 12 minutes, like preparing a shipment, were reduced to under 90 seconds, improving user efficiency and satisfaction.
In parallel, Compass by Econt, a unified design system, was built to ensure consistency and scalability across products. This accelerated collaboration between teams, enabled faster iteration, and led in 30% faster deployment cycles and 60–70% lower development costs.
The outcome is a cohesive digital ecosystem that simplified everyday tasks for customers, improved internal efficiency, and set a new standard for logistic services in Bulgaria.
